    Hi, I'm Tina!

and This is what i envision:

living through values of connection, presence, and love- always

igniting and working with our inner-most MUSTS in our lives

the gratifying glow of us all cutting, creating, and sharing the collage of who we are-- intuitive, truthful beings

who i am:

a total trustee in the human spirit.

a star-gazing, connection-loving, excitable soul.

lover of golden fields and open air, and the EXHALE of all we hold.

I was getting a graduate degree, and ALSO in a total need of a soul search. I am a girl who is fiercely protective of her younger self; her knowing; her spirit. And when that felt crumpled, I needed to get back there. Like an on-the-ground, let's tap into  e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g  here kind of reset. "Not enough time. Not enough space. Not enough energy" looped through my head, but here is the thing about guttural needs:

we will claw, hike, swim, and stomp to get back home to ourselves.

In my tiny nook of an apartment bedroom, I got down on the ground with images that tapped into something truthful to me.

Slowly filling up an empty corkboard on my bedroom wall with all of the photos, notes from loved ones, and power-words, I began to infuse values and dreams into all realms of my work.

What does that mean?  It meant slowly, subtly, yet persistently following paths that echoed my values. And doing it with excitement and commitment to growth.

When in doubt of what to do with your life-- your next steps-- remember what you loved to do most as a child. I resonate with dogwood trees and backyard forts and thumbing through my older sisters' magazines in our shared bedroom. And so while my cognitive life was all about theories and academia, I connected with my spirit in the sense of creativity. I said yes to workshop-teaching, photo collaborations, slow-walking-and-leaf-smooching and a whole lot of other crafty projects that connected me back to myself.

And through all of that, I came back home and pinned up pictures and twine-wrapped end-of-summer-weeds and all remnants from my day that reminded me I was growing, and I was seeking spirit and strength. My vision board reflected back a story that told me:

You do know what is true. Follow me. Keep following me.

When people entered my bedroom, they'd be drawn to it immediately and I would point out the pictures and quotes and realized that they each had a story that they deserved-- but they were also MINE. No longer just a postcard but: "THIS is where my best friend and I camped out at and I saw the stars like I had never seen them before and..."

It makes sense that I have made dozens of intentional vision boards in the three years since I started my first one. Some are pressed in journal pages, some have been made into cards and sent to friends all over the world. But here's the thing: none of them are the same. Colors and certain aesthetic themes arise, and yet they all tell me something from my gut. They remind me of my own evolution and what it is that I want, every day. It changes! You change. Every day; every thought. Keep your passions alive.

I teach vision boarding workshops because I am always evolving-- WE are always growing into updated dreams and desires, all the while shedding what no longer serves us.  We all have messages and intentions inside-- create a board and let your story come through. What are you ready to manifest? You do know. Now it's time to take action.

Let's follow intuition and crack open creativity together.  Let's go be excited about travel plans and trees for your backyard. Let's run the gamut on all that life has to offer and give right on back to it with our gifts.

Let's start.
